Job summary

Edgewood Spearfish is seeking a Clinical Services Director to set the tone for our clinical department and lead nursing and caregiving teams in delivering outstanding resident care. You will oversee resident care, supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in care conferences with families.

A strong RN license and several years in clinical settings are required, with geriatrics/dementia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others; desire to continue learning and improving skills.

As a Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents.
