Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Clinical Services Director (RN) to help establish and maintain high-quality resident care at Edgewood Spring Wind. This full-time day shift role involves leadership over clinical staff, care planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will assess residents, participate in family care conferences, support HIPAA compliance, and hire/train staff. A current RN license and a passion for geriatric care are essential; background checks and drug screen

Qualifications

• Active state RN license required.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Geriatrics/dementia/assisted living experience preferred.
• Desire to learn and improve your skillset.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three years clinical experience
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
