Job summary

Edgewood Spearfish is seeking an Assistant Clinical Services Director (RN) to help establish and maintain high-quality resident care at our 118-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Spearfish, SD. This full-time day-shift role offers competitive pay and includes performance bonuses, time off from day one, and 401K employer contributions.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least 3 years of clinical experience, and brings geriatric or dementia care expertise.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in applicable state.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience preferred.
• Passion and drive for helping others and continuing education.

• $74,800 - $83,200/year

As an Assistant Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current and prospective residents
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
• Help hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three years clinical experience
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
