Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and motivate others.
• Experience in operations improvement, cost management initiatives, and hospital development.
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and physician relationships.
• Experience in managing multiple aspects of health care delivery; able to work in a union environment.
