Job summary

Opengate, Inc. seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead the clinical operations for residents, coordinating social work, behavioral services, speech and language services and dietary services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related human service field required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing required.
• OPWDD experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates competency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Knowledge and experience in data-based curriculum goals and behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to department staff and oversee clinical services.
• Coordinate intake process and filling vacancies.
• Screen and hire clinical staff; coordinate orientation and mentorship.
• Review caseloads and ensure effective treatment and programming.
• Develop and implement departmental policies; stay updated on OPWDD regulations.
• Lead crisis intervention services and liaise with external entities.
• Track documentation and ensure compliance with rights and behavioral plans.
• Participate in committees and provide clinical input on plans and goals.
