Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Somers, NY seeks a Clinical Services Leader to provide leadership and oversight of behavioral, social work, speech and language, and dietary services in residential and clinical settings.

You will supervise staff, manage intake/discharge, monitor treatment plans, lead crisis intervention, participate on committees, and liaise with families and agencies. This full-time, in-person role requires a Master's in psychology or related field and active LCSW or BCBA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related human services field.
• Active LCSW or BCBA required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• ABA competency and behavior plan development experience.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• OPWDD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and oversee clinical programming.
• Manage intake, discharge, staffing, training, and mentorship.
• Monitor treatment plans, behavior programs, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead crisis intervention and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
• Conduct program reviews and site visits to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Develop clinical policies, procedures, and staff training.
• Serve on internal committees, including the Human Rights Committee.
• Liaise with families, advocates, agencies, and department leaders.
• Participate in after-hours on-call and AOC rotation.
