TemPositions Health Care is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee comprehensive clinical operations for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role directs social work, behavioral intervention, speech therapy, and dietary services across programs.

The position requires a Master’s in psychology or related field with an active LCSW or BCBA, at least 5 years in autism/developmental disability settings, and strong ABA expertise.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related human services; active LCSW or BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with autism spectrum or developmental disabilities; OPWDD experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in ABA, behavioral plan development, and multi-disciplinary team management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise senior clinical staff including Assistant Director, BIS, and QIDP.
• Oversee intake/discharge, lead clinical committees, chair human rights review, and manage hiring/training of clinical personnel.
• Ensure therapeutic and behavioral plans adhere to OPWDD regulations; liaison between clinical teams, state agencies, and families.
• Conduct on-site reviews and participate in on-call rotation for crisis intervention.
