Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA, is seeking an Autism and Clinical Team Director to lead clinical and operational services for our autism and ID/DD programs. You will supervise teams, ensure fidelity to evidence-based models, and partner with families, funders, and providers to deliver person-centered care.

This role requires a master’s degree with LMHC/LICSW, valid license, and at least 3 years of direct clinical experience with ID/DD/ASD, plus prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and LMHC or LICSW required; independent license considered.
• At least 3 years direct clinical experience with ID/DD, ASD, or related behavioral health needs.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and oversight of the clinical team and program leaders.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee mobile and community-based therapy with evidence-based models.
• Manage referrals, rosters, and funder communications for DD/ID contracts.
• Ensure training, supervision, and fidelity to Emotion Regulation Skills System and other models.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure licensure compliance.
• Lead training development and coordinate clinical learning needs.
