Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an Autism and Clinical Team Director to lead clinical operations and teams serving individuals with autism and ID/DD. The role emphasizes supervision, evidence‑based practice, staff development, and strong partnerships with families, funders, and community stakeholders.

The position requires a master's degree plus LMHC/LICSW (or independent license) with at least 3 years of direct clinical experience and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and LMHC or LICSW.
• Independent clinical license in a related field considered.
• ≥3 years direct clinical experience with ID/DD/ ASD and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and oversight of the clinical team and program directors.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff delivering ID/DD and autism services.
• Oversee mobile and office-based therapy aligned with evidence-based models.
• Manage referrals, rosters, and wait lists for DD/ID contracts with funders.
• Ensure fidelity to the Emotion Regulation Skills System and PBIS.
• Maintain billing and documentation within timelines.
