Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering.
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes with history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support Daily Huddles and clinic documentation workflows.
