Centricity Research in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinical Screening Coordinator to lead recruitment efforts and enroll high-quality patients for clinical studies. The role requires onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule and no remote options.
You will screen potential participants against protocol criteria, maintain recruitment logs, and collaborate with site staff to optimize enrollment and retention. Strong communication and data management skills are essential for success.
About the Role
We'relooking for a Clinical Screening Coordinator to lead research-related recruitment initiatives and ensure the enrollment of high-quality patientsin accordance withCentricity Research recruitment guidelines. In this role,you’llalsoscreen patients for participation in clinical research studies with a solid understanding of study protocols, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, relevant medications, and medical conditions.
Please Note: This role is 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio and requires working Monday through Friday, 40-hour work weeks. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
What You’ll Do
Work on enrollment and retention initiatives withthe Site Manager
Problem solve and create contingency plans tooptimizeenrollment via recruitment initiatives
Obtain andmaintaincomputerizeddatabaseof all ad callers
Return all phone calls/email responses to interested patients within 24 -48 hours
Accurately complete recruitment tracking log and all applicable clinical trial management systems
Identifyappropriate studycandidacy based on knowledge ofsites'recruiting and upcoming studies
Complete database query reviews for study candidacy and conduct outbound calls for study interest
Provide study metrics on a regular basis and provide ongoing feedbackregardingoutcome of recruitment initiatives
Occasionally attend community lectures, healthfairsor events to promote Centricity Research
Promote clinical trials in the community through outreach events
Complete Informed Consent and screening visits per study protocol and Centricity Research SOP
Perform delegated tasks completely and accurately, including review of demographic information, medication history, medical history, obtaining vital signs(blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and waist, weight, and height measurements
Complete the source documents, case report forms, and data queriesin a timely manner, accurately, and completely.
Assist theCentral Recruitment, Research Operations and/or Investigators with any other tasks asrequired
Able to work in a regional setting to support sites with recruitment and screening as needed

Bring experience from a healthcare, research, or customer-facing role,or are ready to dive in and learn on the job
