Job summary

Avina of Fond du Lac is seeking a Full-Time AM Shift CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents under RN/LPN supervision.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, ADL assistance, safety, timely response to call lights, teamwork across disciplines, and ongoing certification through scheduled trainings to maintain credentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain certification credits.
• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care and services under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resident centered care oriented
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance
• Observe and report resident conditions to licensed staff
• Maintain safety for residents and co-workers
• Answer call lights promptly
• Collaborate with all disciplines in the center
• Maintain education credits for continued certification
