Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative for a remote role based in Rennes, FRANCE. You will maximize da Vinci system utilization, build a local market plan, and establish clinical partnerships across OR teams.

The role requires 4+ years of sales experience (2+ in healthcare), fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel up to 70%. You will lead training, drive instrument sales, and collaborate with hospital leadership to expand adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2 or more years in healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan for the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to the system.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each team to ensure independent operation within a reasonable time frame.
• Drive utilization by partnering with surgical teams to review cases and ensure consistent usage of the system.
• Expand the user base by working with the CSM and hospital staff to develop a qualified lead funnel through presentations and events.
• Convert high potential leads and drive training activities.
• Sell instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures and expense reports.
