BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical RN Manager/Nurse Manager. This role focuses on leading a team of field nurses while providing hands-on pediatric care and developing individualized care plans for clients.

You will visit pediatric clients across Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding counties, oversee staff performance, participate in onboarding, and drive ongoing clinical development to ensure

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments across the service area.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support field nurses.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:
