Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This role blends hands-on clinical leadership with staff development and mentorship for pediatric clients and their families.

You will lead a team of field nurses, oversee in-home assessments, and ensure high-quality care while supporting onboarding and ongoing staff growth in a collaborative, Monday–Friday environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience required.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Home health care or home care experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in-services and education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
