Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager/Home Care RN. This role combines hands-on pediatric nursing with leadership responsibilities to mentor field nurses across Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding counties.

The position emphasizes leading, coordinating care plans, and delivering high-quality pediatric home health services, with opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments throughout Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding counties.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and education for field nurses.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

As a Nurse Manager, you will:
