Job summary

Lifeforce is expanding its clinical footprint with on-site Lifeforce RNs embedded in ULC clinics to deliver personalized longevity care from a physical space in Chandler, AZ.

You will collaborate with physicians and health coaches to provide best-in-class care, manage triage questions, and connect patients with comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options in a startup-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you will practice.
• Experience with IV placement and infusion settings.
• Knowledge of GLP-1, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
• OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training within 12 months (preferred).
• Familiarity with USP 797 regulations (plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site clinical assessments including vital signs.
• Administer injections and on-site medications; oversee IVs and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients on medications, side effects, and adherence.
• Document prescription updates and communicate with clinical team.
• Segregate and document regulated medical waste per OSHA/state rules.
• Serve as liaison between on-site clinical team and Lifeforce support staff.
