Lifeforce is expanding its Ultimate Longevity Centers and seeks a Clinical Registered Nurse to join an on-site team delivering proactive, high-quality care. You will work with physicians and health coaches in a fast-paced clinic, handling hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapies, and comprehensive assessments.

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, with four 10-hour shifts or weekend options. Competitive benefits and on-site performance opportunities at our Wellington clinic."

Qualificações

• RN or BSN degree and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience with IV placement and infusion settings.
• Experience with GLP-1, statins, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training within past 12 months (preferred).
• Laminar flow hood operation for on-site IV compounding; USP 797 familiarity a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site clinical assessments including vital signs.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections; on-site medications and IVs.
• Provide education on prescribed medications, side effects, and adherence.
• Document prescription updates to the clinical team.
• Segregate and document regulated medical waste per OSHA/state requirements.
• Coordinate with clinical and support staff to share updates.
