Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or a related clinical discipline.
• Active and unrestricted clinical license.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience collaborating with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to evaluate clinical processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience presenting recommendations to leadership audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Risk Management Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead clinical risk assessment and mitigation efforts across care delivery operations, with a focus on identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening controls. You will partner closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders to evaluate risks, guide corrective actions, and support practical solutions that improve operational consistency and patient care. The position also involves presenting findings and recommendations to leadership to help inform decision-making and reduce exposure across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually
