Qualifications

• Five years as a Registered Nurse with acute care experience preferred.
• 2 years of Critical Care or Emergency Department experience.
• BSN registration/certification; licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS certifications.
• Certification in area of clinical expertise or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support across nursing units as a clinical expert.
• Assist with management of high acuity and critically ill patients.
• Respond to emergencies and codes; provide direct patient care as needed.
• Document per standards; mentor nursing staff and rounds across areas.
• Travel to different units as assigned and share knowledge with team.
