Job summary

NeighborHealth Corporation in Boston is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to support ambulatory care quality initiatives and education across the nursing staff. You will provide direct patient care and staff education, helping to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the department.

The role collaborates with the Operations Manager, oversees orientation for new nurses, and contributes to performance reviews and goal setting.

Qualifications

• MA RN license and ambulatory care experience required.
• 3–5 years of licensed nursing experience in ambulatory care.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• BSN preferred or in progress.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education for adults 18 to >100.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate orientation of new nurses to the department.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on MA practice.
• Conduct weekly chart reviews for new nurses and report to RN Manager.
• Provide input to RN Manager for 3‑month RN reviews and goal setting.
• Support nursing transitions of care.
• Schedule includes evening, weekend and holiday rotation.
