DelRicht Research is seeking an onsite Clinical Research Technician in Gulfport, MS to ensure excellent patient care and a smooth trial experience. The role involves recruiting and enrolling patients, coordinating visits, and entering data into electronic systems with high accuracy.

The candidate should have a B.S. or B.A degree and ideally 1 year of professional experience; clinical, patient-facing or customer service backgrounds are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Preferred: 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience for patients in trials.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and in compliance with trial protocols.
• Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials.
• Ensure patients attend and complete trial visits.
• Enter data accurately into online systems for clinical visits.
• Lead and main point of contact for sponsors and CROs for all trials.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with sponsors and clients.
• Maintain physician trust by keeping schedules and trial details updated.
