Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience throughout visits.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently with protocol adherence.
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and completion of required visits.
• Enter clinical data timely and accurately into required systems.
• Provide clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and stakeholders.
