Job summary

DelRicht Research in New Orleans, LA, is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Team Lead to guide a team responsible for preparing new trials for activation and execution across the site network. You will collaborate with site operations, sponsors, CROs, and centralized departments to meet timelines and ensure patient enrollment.

This role blends clinical expertise with project management, quality oversight, and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching, supervising, or leading team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead study projects during the initial launch of the trial.
• Manage startup activities to achieve first site activation and first patient screening.
• Maintain activation timelines and detailed project plans.
• Identify barriers and dependencies early; monitor milestones and progress.
• Coordinate with site operations, sponsors, CROs, and centralized departments.
