Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading life sciences solutions provider, seeks a Tech Workforce Planner for Clinical Research in Miami. The role focuses on coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for core personnel, building protocol-aligned activity grids, and ensuring efficient, compliant execution of clinical activities.

You will manage staff availability, validate visit schedules, and collaborate with training to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience is an asset (e.g., scheduling, planning).
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service and regulatory context will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create study frames and activity grids to determine operational needs.
• Plan and validate screening, on-study, and return visits schedules.
• Assist in coordinating and optimizing clinical tasks and staff rotation.
• Schedule operational training with the training team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
