Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support sponsor-dedicated trials in a fast-paced environment. You will perform site qualification, initiation and monitoring visits, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements across sites.

Responsibilities include source data verification, IP inventory & labeling, and collaboration with sponsor teams. Strong communication and travel up to 75% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and TMF, documents activities and supports recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensures IP inventory, labeling, storage and release per protocol and regulations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of ICH/GCP and SOPs; trains site staff as required.
