Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Analyst to optimize and integrate CTMS, IRB, and related research systems. You will build automated reports, dashboards, and data-quality tools to support research operations and regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate with researchers, administrators, and clinical staff to improve data accessibility and system performance, coordinate informatics projects, and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Clinical Research Informatics, or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in clinical research informatics or related field.
• 3 years experience with clinical research systems and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance reporting and analytics resources for research operations.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate projects involving system implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, or optimization.
