Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to independently lead clinical trials from startup through closeout, ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee feasibility, subject recruitment and retention, data and specimen management, and regulatory submissions; may supervise staff, develop SOPs, and represent the organization in internal and external forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years clinical research experience.
• 2 years lead/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and executes all phases of clinical trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises and mentors research staff, and contributes to SOP development.
• Prepares regulatory submissions and maintains audit-ready study documentation.
• Manages feasibility assessments, recruitment, data and specimen handling, and monitoring preparations.
