Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and deliver analytical solutions for insights and decision support.
• Apply healthcare KPIs to drivers in physician enterprise, quality, patient satisfaction, and operations.
• Manage client expectations and communicate delivery plans.
• Present findings and recommendations to improve operations.
• Utilize data visualization tools and SQL and statistical programming tools (R, SAS, SPSS, Python).
• Document data definitions and governance for business data.
• Build trusted analytic relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with staff while upholding iSCORE values.
