Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking an entry-level Shared Resources Specialist I in Clinical Research Specimen Processing in Seattle. You will assist investigators with handling and processing specimens, maintain chain of custody, and support data recording and reporting.

The role offers growth within the Shared Resources department. The position supports routine lab operations, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with researchers, with shifts Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm and occasional

Responsibilities

• Research Support: processing clinical research specimens under supervision and shipping to central labs.
• Research development: foster relationships with faculty and external users to identify scientific needs.
• Equipment Oversight: operate and maintain lab equipment; coordinate maintenance and identify new equipment needs.
