Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment goals across clinical studies. You will supervise staff, coordinate investigator coverage, and partner with the Region Manager on vendor relationships and study feasibility.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical research, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong CTMS/eReg/IWRS skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Research Site Management experience is preferred and beneficial.
Minimum Experience: at least 3 years in clinical research; 2 years in Clinical Research Coordinator role preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee site staff workload and ensure timely data entry and training as required.
Collaborate with Investigators to assess feasibility of upcoming studies and protocols.
Coordinate Investigator and Sub-Investigator coverage with Region Manager.
Identify outside vendors and manage site-studies distribution to meet goals.
Ensure enrollment targets are met and audits are managed effectively.
Maintain site compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and CARE SOPs.
Perform routine CTMS/eReg/IWRS related duties and support CTMS superuser activities.
Engage in ongoing staff development, safety, and site maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize inter-site operations.
