Responsibilities

• Evaluate overall performance of the site and implement improvement processes.
• Hire, train, and manage site staff including Clinical Research Coordinators.
• Ensure site’s compliance with FDA, ICH, and local regulations.
• Monitor study activities to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Manage patient recruitment and retention efforts.
