Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Research Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our clinical research sites. You will manage site staff, drive enrollment performance, and ensure quality and compliance while maintaining site profitability.

You will also own employee lifecycles, training, and collaboration with CROs and sponsors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in science with at least 3 years as a senior CRC, including some leadership, and strong EMR/CTMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a senior Clinical Research Coordinator with some management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply clinic policies and protocols.
• Proficiency with EMR and CTMS; standard office software experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across research site(s) and staff.
• Create and implement standardized clinic workflows.
• Attend site selection visits and site initiation visits.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing within cost guidelines.
• Lead onsite training of clinical operations staff.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in EMR and CTMS by staff.
• Maintain communication with CROs and sponsors; support enrollment goals.
• Identify and address operational issues and staffing needs.
• Travel across facility sites as required.
