Headlands Research is seeking a Site Director to lead a portfolio of clinical research sites across the United States. You will drive site performance, build high-performing teams, and ensure patient-first trials with rigorous compliance.

In this leadership role, you’ll partner with investigators and sponsors, scale operations across multiple sites, and deliver trials on time and on budget while expanding patient access to innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within a clinical research site or healthcare environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• A track record of driving performance, including patient recruitment, study execution, and financial outcomes.
• Operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and site-level metrics.
• A commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, sponsors, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience in clinical research is strongly preferred.

• Oversee site performance, operations, team leadership, patient recruitment and financial outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, compliant trials.
