Job summary

AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support clinical research activities. You will perform phlebotomy, IV insertion, and minor procedures, coordinate protocol execution, and liaise with investigators and sponsors to ensure patient safety and data integrity.

The role requires at least an Associate's in Nursing with 2+ years in clinical research; BLS/ACLS as noted, and a focus on HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience required.
• Knowledge of FDA/CDC regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, IV insertion and minor procedures.
• Coordinate multiple study protocols and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and monitors.
• Maintain a clean, compliant clinical space and assist with training.
