Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to deliver safe care while upholding patient dignity and privacy in a fast-paced research setting.

You will maintain competencies in physical assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion, and administration of investigational drugs per AdventHealth policies. Strong regulatory knowledge and teamwork are essential, with 2–5 years in clinical research or related areas.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or eligible.
• At least 2–5 years in clinical research/related field.
• Knowledge of FDA/CDC/DHHS guidelines and ICH-GCP.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe care and demonstrates regard for the dignity and respect of all participants.
• Maintains clinical competencies including physical assessment, phlebotomy, and IV insertion.
• Assists physician, ARNP and CRN with minor procedures and study tasks.
• Coordinate multiple clinical trials and handle diverse study duties.
