Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Associate to support site readiness, monitoring activities, and documentation across trials. The role involves remote collaboration with the CRA and Clinical Lead, plus potential limited site interactions during start-up and close-out phases.

You will help with training, system access, and patient material reviews, while ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field or RN certification.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Equivalency of education/training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site readiness and monitoring support as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Support site management and remote monitoring activities.
• Coordinate pre-study assessments and training.
• Assist with site ICF customization and escalation of issues.
• Support vendor qualification processes and documentation.
• Maintain and reconcile study documents and data systems.
