Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree required.
• Bilingual preferred to assist diverse patient outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit subjects for study participation via various methods.
• Conduct pre-screen conversations to evaluate eligibility for trials.
• Develop rapport and provide courteous patient service to prospective participants.
• Answer general questions about participation in clinical trials.
• Enter subjects into the site's clinical database with accurate contact information.
• Schedule on-site screening visits for eligible candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and PHI.
• Attend community events to promote Velocity Clinical Research.
• Track responses for patient outreach initiatives and ROI of campaigns.
• Maintain enrollment/screening logs and other site records as needed.
