• Experience coordinating research projects, budgets, and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the PI and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and allocate from within the department or externally.
• Set project expectations, delegate tasks, and resolve issues.
• Plan timelines and milestones, track progress, and deliver reports.
• Develop training materials and align processes with system changes.
• Support scientific writing in grant proposals and IRB development.
• Coordinate clinical trial execution following guidelines.
• May supervise staff and perform additional duties.
