Mass General Brigham seeks a Program Manager to oversee the operational management of the Center's clinical research portfolio at the Mass General Brigham system. You will supervise coordinators, coordinate multi-study workflows, and partner with principal investigators to meet recruitment and data quality goals.

The role emphasizes adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements, and efficient study operations, with the Director reporting to influence strategic planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, health sciences, biological sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical research, research administration, or program management.
• Experience coordinating human subjects research and working with IRBs.
• Experience supervising or mentoring research staff.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Experience using REDCap and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day implementation of the Center's active clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
• Coordinate study workflows including recruitment, scheduling, data collection, and study tracking.
• Supervise research staff, provide coaching, and manage workloads across studies.
• Support grant proposals, budgets, and administrative reporting.
