CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical research activities on the night shift. You will work on-site in California, assisting Clinical Research Coordinators with study visits, charting, and data entry. Training begins with an AM shift for 2–3 weeks.

The role requires a California Medical Assistant Certification, strong computer skills, and ability to manage materials and communicate effectively with the team and participants.

Qualificações

• California Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Experience or knowledge of study indications within clinical trials is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office equipment (email, fax, copier).
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities are essential.
• Ability to work with supervisors and co-workers effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and verbally.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain patient charts for all studies.
• Prepare participant visits per CRC schedule and ensure source documents and labs are ready.
• Maintain inventory of study supplies and materials.
• Enter data timely and resolve CRF queries per timelines.
• Assist Coordinators with assessments and scheduling tasks.
• Support study monitoring visits and daily CRC duties.
