CenExel Clinical Research in California is hiring a Registered Nurse to support clinical trials in a fast-paced on-site setting. The role involves bedside nursing care, vitals monitoring, and coordinating study activities with sponsors and investigators.

A CA RN license is mandatory; excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are essential. Training lasts 2–3 weeks with an AM shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license in CA.
• Ability to perform all clinical tasks relevant to licensure and/or training.
• Must be able to clearly communicate verbally with patients.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with patients, staff, Sponsor representatives, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions and demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily clinical study activities and serve as liaison between the site and Sponsor.
• Provide general nursing care to study participants, including vitals, blood sugar, and lab tests.
• Review and execute clinical study protocols and maintain study documents.
• Screen and recruit potential study subjects and schedule assessments.
• Maintain inventory of data and supplies and coordinate sponsor visits.
