Job summary

Qualifications

• California Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Interest in and knowledge of specific study indications.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with electronic equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient charts for all studies.
• Prepare participant visits with all materials and ensure source documents are accurate.
• Maintain inventory of study supplies and materials.
• Enter data and resolve CRFs on sponsor timelines.
• Assist Coordinators with assessments and scheduling.
• Coordinate communications with participants, caregivers, vendors, and laboratories.
• Support scheduling, copying, and other clerical tasks.
• Assist with monitoring visits and daily study duties.
