CenExel Clinical Research in Anaheim, CA seeks an RN licensed in California to oversee daily clinical study activities. The role acts as liaison between the site and Sponsor, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols while maintaining patient safety and study integrity.

Responsibilities include subject screening, consent, data capture, and coordinating investigational medications, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance within a dynamic clinical trials environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a CA license.
• Able to perform all clinical tasks relevant to licensure.
• Clear verbal communication with patients required.
• Strong interpersonal relations with patients, staff and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and monitor vitals.
• Review and execute clinical research protocols.
• Maintain study documents per sponsor/site requirements.
• Recruit potential study subjects when needed.
• Screen subjects for eligibility and schedule assessments.
• Complete Case Report Forms per protocol.
• Coordinate with sponsor during visits and ensure communication.
• Maintain inventory of data and supplies.
• Attend training and study-start meetings as scheduled.
• Document adverse events and follow up accordingly.
• Conduct informed consent per CenExel SOPs.
• Ensure laboratory results are followed up.
• Maintain safety standards and study logs.
• Oversee administration of investigational meds per protocol.
