Job summary

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Manager to lead the research technology team, overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and quality of all clinical research systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in clinical research technology management and at least 2 years in supervision, with strong knowledge of FDA/ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and project management. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research technology systems management or administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, electronic source, CTMS, regulatory, and project management systems architecture.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, network security, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research technology team and oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and quality of clinical research systems.
• Mentor and develop staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA requirements, privacy laws and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, operational, and administrative teams to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Stay current with emerging clinical research technologies and drive innovation.
