Job summary

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. seeks a proactive Regional Research Manager to oversee clinical research staff and daily site operations across multiple clinics.

Travel daily to research sites, supervise coordinators, and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and study budgets while maintaining high patient care standards. This role requires strong leadership, training, budgeting, vendor onboarding, and performance metrics reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience as clinical research coordinator required.
• Subject matter expert in clinical research and indications.
• Understand state and federal regulations governing medicine and privacy.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to research sites to provide support and complete responsibilities.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate research coordinators and assistants.
• Conduct training and mentorship of new staff.
• Manage operations at clinical sites and ensure staff participation in research.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and study budgets.
