Job summary

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking a Regional Research Manager to oversee clinical research staff and daily operations at multiple sites. Travel daily to research locations is required, with direct supervision of coordinators and assistants.

You will train staff, monitor metrics, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site budgets, and coordinate with physicians, sponsors, and CROs to maintain enrollment goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience as clinical research coordinator.
• Subject Matter expert in clinical research and relevant indications.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations governing medicine and privacy.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices daily.
• Management experience or training preferred.
• CRCC/CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to research sites to provide support and oversee staff.
• Direct supervise and evaluate research coordinators and assistants.
• Train new clinical research staff and mentorship.
• Monitor enrollment and ensure productivity and data quality.
