Jefferson Health Plans seeks a system-level leader to align evidence-based practice, clinical operations, and enterprise technology strategy within the Jefferson Health system. The role partners with nursing, IT, and clinical teams to redesign workflows, scale high-reliability processes, and optimize the EMR for quality and safety at scale.

The position provides advanced consultation, mentors informaticists, and guides system build/testing using data and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in nursing, business, health administration, or related field; MBA/MHA acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical/healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Epic EMR certification is required upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Leads workflow design discussions and facilitates building, testing, and implementing new system applications/modules.
• Functions as a coach and mentor Clinical Informaticists to standardize workflows across the organization.
• Regularly evaluates applications and workflows, identifying improvements and leading changes.
• Builds relationships to solve clinical and business problems using analytical solutions.
• Leverages analytics and EHR usage data to identify improvement opportunities and inform tech/workflow enhancements.
• Leads large-scale optimization of clinical workflows and documentation to improve quality and safety.
• Oversees interoperability of nursing technologies ensuring seamless data flow and reliable performance.
