Job summary

You will coordinate with IRB, sponsor and study team, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain study documents, and assist with grant-related activities. The role requires at least 2 years of administrative or research experience and MS Office/terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Req Bachelor's Degree or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
• 2 years Administrative or research experience.
• 2 years Knowledge of medical environment and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assists with organizing assessments/tests/activities to meet protocol.
• Coordinates recruitment, screening, and scheduling of subjects.
• Maintains accurate study records and regulatory documents.
• Assists with data collection and reports.
• Ensures consent process compliance with FDA, GCP, HIPAA.
• Prepares site for monitor visits and audits.
• Responds to sponsor and auditor queries.
