Job summary

The coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of the Clinical Research Program and the PI, handling consent processes, enrollments, and ongoing study communications with sponsors and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combined experience/education acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or research experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Principal Investigator(s), department, and administration to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Prepare IRB/submission documents and study materials (consent forms, CRFs, enrollment logs, data collection forms).
• Maintain study files and regulatory binders; organize source documents; manage protocol materials.
